
If you love coconut, but don't want to take the time to make my coconut cake, this is the way to go.

Try these out, their delicious.
Tip: You can half the frosting recipe, or do what I did and use the left over frosting for homemade oreos (it compliments them well).

I love the idea of coconut, but I don't always like the texture. Do you think it would work if I substituted almond flavoring for coconut extract and skipped the coconut on top? (I know, what's the point of coconut cake if there's no coconut.:) )
